The farm

At the edge of the sherry countryside and at the foot of the Gaditana Highlands, bordering the Guadalcacín reservoir and the foothills of the Alcornocales Natural Park, lies Dehesa Fuente Ymbro. The property is divided into 4 main parts, in which different agricultural and livestock activities are carried out.

Firstly, the Highlands, an ideal place for the breeding and raising of our goats, where they graze in total freedom. Secondly, lies the part dedicated to arable land. This is followed by the almond and olive groves, which enjoy exceptional climatic conditions for the development of top quality fruit. And finally we find the Dehesa, home to all the centuries-old holm oaks native to the area, where the Iberian pig finds the ideal environment for development.

All these areas surround the central reservoir which is one of the largest fresh water reserves in Andalusia.

Olive grove

“In 2016 we decided to expand our agricultural activity by adding a new type of crop: the olive grove, the essence of our Mediterranean diet and considered the healthiest vegetable fat in the world. The uniqueness of the land and the temperature we enjoy with a coastal and mountainous climate at the same time, is ideal for the development of olives of great quality and strong characteristics”.
We produce Extra Virgin Olive Oils with selected olives from our olive groves. The production is carried out exclusively with olives harvested at their optimum moment of ripeness to obtain an exclusive and exceptional oil. Discover our wide range of varieties: arbequina, picual, hojiblanca, pajarera…
