Cured goat cheese

Cheese made from pasteurized milk, 100% goat’s milk and pressed paste. Natural rind and therefore edible, where molds and yeasts develop and refine the flavor and aroma of the cheese reminiscent of the cellar, where at low temperatures mature slowly. Firm texture but creamy at the same time. Intense flavor and strong aroma. Ideal to be consumed with red wines. Minimum maturation of 120 days.

Note: We recommend taking it out 2 hours before tasting to allow it to reach room temperature, thus favoring its organoleptic characteristics.
