Cured goat cheese with paprika
In the last period of maturation, the cheese is covered with olive oil and one of the most distinguished and appreciated spices in gastronomy, the “Pimentón de la Vera”, Paprika. It has a buttery smell and a persistent taste of paprika. It is a compact cheese, with a whitish color that contrasts with its edible rind.
